The Tasman Glacier viewpoint hike to the moraine lookout starts from the Tasman Glacier car park, approximately 15 minutes from Mount Cook Village. Many icebergs were congregated at this area. It was a nice short walk. And even if the clouds are low and you can't see the mountains and the glacier, the lake offers a beautiful experience, as you can see in the picture below.
