An overlooked late release NES title. The idea behind this pedal was to get a “natural, higher gain, but still FULL,” tone. Very tasty eye candy, indeed. The highest gain cousin to the Lightspeed & Southland, this pedal gives you chunky drive, with crunched out distortion and singing lead tones; yet, it still doesn’t get buzzy or flubby. That just goes to show how even back then in the early 1990s just because you made it into Nintendo Power didn't mean your game were going to do well.
